When life feels heavy and the challenges appear insurmountable, it may seem like there’s no space—mentally, emotionally, or physically—for playfulness.
But lemme tell you something, as we have personally been putting it to the test in one of the most challenging seasons of our family life…
Playfulness goes a LONG way in diffusing stress and tension. It’s a safe space where we can put down the weight of the day, breathe, get silly, and remember who we really are: Creators. Lovers. Adventurers.
Some days, it may take a bit longer to get into your body, calm your nerves, and bring your pleasure back online…but remember, as your body memorizes what it’s like to recalibrate to pleasure in stressful times, the more easily and powerfully you’ll connect with your pleasure & sexual energy as life begins to ease up again.
That’s the beauty of staying IN the body and building our capacity vs. simply coping until circumstances change.❤️🔥
