🕑 Added 2024-02-04 17:47:38 +0000 UTC I spent half a day in a cafe alone, without friends, without men, without makeup, by the way, and without other means of protection from the outside world. I just decided to have dinner and have a conversation with myself, engage in inner dialogue.☕️😰 I often receive messages like, "Alice, you're an inspiration!", "Always so light!", "You're always smiling!". Well, even a holiday needs rest if you think about it. Sometimes I feel very sad and lonely.😒😒 There are moments of information overload, and I often take a solitary stroll without answering calls. I air out my thoughts and myself, listen to music, and sometimes I stay silent all day, filling up everything inside from the outside. How do you deal with such moments?❤️😻
