Self-awareness: understanding your strengths, weaknesses, values, beliefs and attitudes. 2. Self-acceptance: Recognizing and accepting yourself for who you are, without trying to change or compare yourself to others. 3. Positive self-talk: encouraging and motivating yourself with positive affirmations and thoughts.
