One of these mental practices is viewing suffering as a bad thing. This mentality is a form of de-spiritualization. 😅 Instead, if you view suffering as a way of purifying yourself, you will start seeing the truth in your life that is trying to present itself to you. This way you can give your suffering meaning. 🐒 Finding the true embodiment of virtues lies in finding what is absolute in the universe. This ties into suffering. However, don’t confuse phenomena with spiritual truths. Suffering is a way to by pass the confusion into the realm of absolute truths and positive outcomes. 🙏🏼 **As long as we don’t play the victim cards, and hold onto the things that weigh us down, the suffering will set you free with the lessons it’s trying to teach you. ✨
