🕑 Added 2022-05-11 08:30:42 +0000 UTC Today again a question from a user and since I hear this question more and more I now publish the question and the answer to it : Question: Me and my wife are really into it. But we’re having problems with figuring out how to train for depth Answer: Depth training is much more difficult. Every body is anatomical a bit different. After 10-15 cm lenght you have to pass the intestinal loop. Also called the second sphincter. This loop goes to your left front and then straight up. If you reach it and touch this muscle it right way will close. Cause thats what the muscle should do. It needs a lot time and training to relax to get open this loop to pass. You need to figure out with soft penetrating from more positions. Be careful about to hurt yourself. I also told that your body will give you feedback about its good or not. If it hurts you do wrong and need to stop. Try at an other day. Bring your body in an relax position. Its also a head thing. Use a lot of glide. Thats one of the important thing. I recommend the j lube powder. Thats the best one. For the first time you should use very soft and thin toys. If you penetrate to hard the muscle will close and there is no way to pass. So training training training. Not too often and not too hard. Give it time and be relaxed as you can. Think about it, feel your body and figure out why your body work like it should do. A good tip is to make the toys warm. Thats also better for relaxing. Hope it will help you and let me know if you have any more questions about it. Enjoy it 😉 Ich hoffe ich kann Euch damit behilflich sein .
