I'm on day 5 of no touching and no coming :') The challenge to see how long I can go without an orgasm started because of my endometriosis, on the days I have orgasms and touch myself I usually feel pretty bad physically the next day. And so I'm challenging myself to see how long I can go without coming, to see if it helps my physical wellbeing, or if it doesn't make a difference. It's difficult to avoid arousal altogether so I can't say if that has an impact or not, but I'll make another update soon :)
