Quite the opening for the shoulders and tbh… has taken a lot..
🕑 Added 2023-10-01 14:13:04 +0000 UTC Quite the opening for the shoulders and tbh… has taken a lot of time and practice. The deltoid portion of the shoulder is very tight on most people, the reverse bind takes long holds, deep breathes and patience to achieve. To get your shoulders to this point , practice with consistency and grace. Most importantly, be patient with yourself, anything you set your mind to, you can achieve ✨🌟
