🕑 Added 2023-06-09 17:54:59 +0000 UTC The little silver on my chest is stick on moxa! It’s actually on fire and smoking small amounts of mugwort and placed over accu point Ren-18 *Jade Hall* This point helps to unbind the chest and descend qi or energy built up in the chest. Stick on moxa has many benefits including warming the channel, dispersing energy and tonifying the target point. How do I feel after? Light, calm and ready to seize the day with an open heart 🧡
