This variation couples reverse flow of jing (fluid) and constriction of the circulatory system. Once released, fresh new jing and qi (energy) is flooded through the leg cavities and joints which can aid in cellular rebuild, release of toxins and rejuvenating through the major muscle groups. On top of an inversion, this is one of the best poses for a Monday 😉
