🕑 Added 2023-03-07 22:41:41 +0000 UTC If you’re working towards a backbend this is the ideal place to start. To initiate this posture, reach your hands back towards the wall, whatever your comfort level. Slowly, play with bringing your feet farther out. Using the support of the wall, slowly begin to walk your hands down the wall. Focus your attention on opening the front body and intercostal spaces while simultaneously bending your spine- cervical to thoracic and finally lumber 💛
