🕑 Added 2023-01-24 23:57:17 +0000 UTC Lotus Pose or Padmasana is my go to posture for a seated mediation. If you are looking to start a meditation practice, attempt 12 minutes a day for 3 weeks and you are guaranteed to see results in you ability to focus, sleep quality and emotional regulation. I have been practicing meditation for over 10 years and it has become an integral part of my ability to live well 🙏🏼 Happy Meditating ♡
