Ganda Bherundasana Did you know all yoga postures are rooted in Hindu mythology? Ganda Bherundasana or Chin Stand is a story of a 2 headed bird that is believed to possess magical powers. In this position, your body depicts its powers and strength. I like to bring my mind back to these stories while in the posture as it gives me a bigger sense of purpose in my practice. We too all possess magical powers
