Inverting your spine sends adrenaline through your body, opening the front line and chest cavity as well as igniting the focused mind. Start where you are and utilizing your breath, move deeper through the posture. It took me a while to get deep into my own backbend, but I enjoyed every step of the journey. Stay tuned for my OFTV talking you through a proper backbend!
