🕑 Added 2023-05-26 17:59:21 +0000 UTC Always Stretching 🙆♀️ This stretch is super beneficial for anyone who works with their hands. Interlocking your fingers and stretching through the palms of your hands overheard creates an openness from the axila of the shoulders all the way through the center of your palms. This stretch is rather intense for me to begin but when I pair my breathe, my muscles being to relax. This also aids in opening the medial, aka Yin portions of the arms. Commonly this area of the body is tight for most so if you can perform this stretch at least 3x/week with a 30sec hold.. you will begin to feel the benefits 🕊
