This is a body appreciation post as I’ve had some serious medical issues and lost some weight but learning to love my body again!! It’s super hard some days and I get super depressed I’m not super curvy like these other girls these days.. but I gotta learn to love the skin I’m in again 💕 if I gain weight back then good but if I’m like this for forever then that’s ok 💕 I did do some squats today tho and may have taken a video I’ll be sending in DMs 😉🍑
