Here’s the last of my pole class videos! On this day we learned climbing. I think I’m gonna take the next level classes again soon to work more on strength and technique but you see my first transition of movement in these. Not the cleanest but so fun to do on spin pole! Did you know there’s both static and spin pole? So when you see gals spinning around like mad it’s usually because of the help of spin pole. Not to knock their hard work because it still takes so much strength but I thought it was a cool fact! Final set of the month dropping to your inboxes today.
