The goal is to minimize fat and maximize muscle so that when you start cutting, you can lose the rest of the fat and focus on defining the muscle you've built. I hurt my knee squatting a few weeks ago so I’m constantly icing even though it doesn’t hurt anymore. Make sure to take care of yourselves and listen to your bodies!
