**I wasn’t able to sleep at all last night…**
Knowing that I’ll be talking about my experience as a swinger is both empowering and terrifying.
When I’ve shared about this part of my life in the past, I’ve faced judgment, been shamed, and endured sexual harassment and cyberbullying. I am not just broadcasting this to my OF network. I’ll be sharing the live stream with all of my friends, family, and followers across platforms.
Why?
I’m tired of women being slut-shamed.
I am fed up with the idea that the only acceptable relationship is between two heterosexual people.
I am infuriated that the world continues to silence women and the LGBTQIA+ community in the name of religion and politics.
And I am disgusted that even now… science, research, psychology… and love… are ignored.
Well, guess what.
I am not religious.
No politician has ever truly stood up for women in my lifetime.
I am college-educated on the subject of relationships.
I know the research and the science.
I see and I feel the love and the desire.
I will not be silent.
I want women to know that they can find confidence in themselves by expressing their sexuality.
That their body is not their most valuable asset.
I want anyone who identifies as part of the LGBTQIA+ community to know that they are loved… and that they are strong.
And I want people (mainly, heterosexual men) to open their fucking minds and challenge their beliefs.

…to research
…to psychology
…to love
…and to desire.**

And so here it goes again…
another sleepless night…
another stressful day…
as I prepare to be vulnerable again.
Because what people need to see is that vulnerability produces confidence. The more vulnerable we allow ourselves to be… the better the world we leave behind.
