I’m 13 days away from my first competition in over a year and a half after 8 months of no lifting whatsoever. Just a heads up: as my competition gets closer I may not post as much as I have lately but I’ll still be around to answer messages and stuff till 7/29. I’ll be taking that following weekend off from here to resettle my focus and kick some ass 😎 Also, a little back story about me and how I got into athletics in general: my parents were body builders. I practically grew up in the daycare center at golds gym (if you haven’t heard of gold’s, picture the most muscular dude with a shit personality that you can think of. He most likely works out at Gold’s Gym). I picked up a dumbbell at age 8 because I wanted to mimic my parents and I’ve been making gains ever since .
