If anything you watch or see makes you feel anything other than goooood, it needs to go in the bin. Unfollow it and look after your mental health. ❤️ If you feel overwhelmed or sad or any lower vibrational energy, get your booty to see an amazing therapist. As much as boobies are a wonderful distraction (and they really are wonderful), nothing can beat doing deep work to understand yourself even better and begin healing. If you haven't started yet, don't put it off! I promise you it is worth it ❤️ Prioritise yourself and schedule in a few treats for yourself this year. Love music, book a concert, a festival, learn an instrument. Maybe there's something you've wanted to study. Do it. Restaurant you've always wanted to visit... Book it. Keen on getting your body healthy, find an exercise that you know you'll actually enjoy, nay, love and do it! Want to travel? Even if you can't go far because of the dreaded C, find places close to you and go exploring (I make an excellent travel buddy) ❤️ Allow yourself the utter joy of seeing my boobs every month as the greatest of all the gifts 😉 ❤️ And as always: love many, trust few and always paddle your own canoe Happy New year!
