I’m grateful to all that supported me and are still there even with my long breaks between appearances. If you’re going through a tough/stressful time, I highly recommend practicing meditation. I used to have several spiritual/holistic practices but I stopped. Along with breath work (Wim hof), tapping and journaling, I came back to meditation and it saved me to learn to do it properly. It’s not about not having any thoughts! Which is what I used to believe.
