If we all learned to show our feelings, I think we wouldn't have most of our problems. Showing feelings is basically releasing our gut from all our anxieties, emotions. It's energy. We live, we watch, we have all our nerve receptors working, our energy is bubbling and it needs to be released. We either clamp down or we explode. When people talk about feelings, there is misunderstanding. Feelings get confused with emotions. Emotions are most often uncontrollable. For example, the emotions of joy and happiness. Feelings are controlled emotions. When a person learns to tell it like it is without offending themselves or anyone else. Feelings are manifested from the breadth of one's soul, from a high degree of one's development, not from a lack of it. Therefore, as soon as we learn to show feelings, from that moment we become open to the world. And most importantly, we will open ourselves to all people. And then loneliness and the pain of loneliness, will leave us. And realization, friendship will fill us with strength, love, new horizons and opportunities.
