Toad’s Triple Tomato
1 onion
6 cloves garlic
3 carrots
1 russet potato
32 oz diced tomatoes
7 oz tomato paste
Handful of sundried tomatoes
4 cups water
Salt/pepper to taste (I keep it simple here so it’s like the store bought tomato soup but you can add whatever spices you’d like)
