Someone recently asked what my diet/exercise routine is. Ano..
🕑 Added 2020-04-24 16:11:38 +0000 UTC Someone recently asked what my diet/exercise routine is. Another person asked how I get my ass to look this great at the age of 50. I’ll let you in on a secret: The body follows the mind. I let my joy, passion, pleasure, and body sensations create my physique. ❤️ But it always starts with the mind. ❤️ I love and accept myself fully and completely, regardless of what anyone else thinks about me. That’s where the magic happened.... I lost 35 pounds without dieting. I focused on my happiness and the pounds melted off. I started doing sexercise. I focused on my sexual pleasure and my muscles followed. I listened to what my body wanted for nourishment. I don’t track calories but I do track what foods I eat and pay attention to how I feel after I eat them. I’ve eliminated things along the way. I recently started going to the gym but it was mainly because my friend needed company while she worked out... and I enjoy spending more time with her. We do yoga together and find alignment between our body, mind, and spirit. There is a spa at the gym where I can relax. So I spend more time in the hot tub and sauna than I do on the cardio machines. Regardless of how much exercise we may or may not get, I’m making valuable connections in the process with my friend, which is good for my heart and my soul and for hers as well. We both relieve stress in that process. Less stress = less oxidation in the body. I feel younger, lighter, freer, and more energetic than I’ve ever felt before. (But that abundance of sexercise sure helps my ass the most! 😂 )
