Hi, I wanted to share with you some reports and research that I do and watch. So today is: MILK X "VEGETAL MILK" There are a lot of people who drink vegetable milk instead of cow's milk, which is milk of animal origin, and people think that this is very good for health, but in reality it is not. We cannot replace animal milk by vegetal milk! Reasons: - the calcium in vegetable milk is synthetic and it is not absorbed correctly by our body - it only has two to three percent of the vegetable substance, that is to say soy, peanut or other type - it should not be considered milk... it should be considered juice cause it has 80% water Obviously in cases of food intolerance you should see your doctor or nutritionist so that he/she can replace milk in some other way with some other type of protein and food supplement to be able to have iron, calcium and other nutrients enough for your body.
