🕑 Added 2023-04-19 18:19:08 +0000 UTC HEALTH HUMP DAY | Ways to feel sexier about yourself. This could be categorized as sexual health or just general health! Feeling sexier about yourself is really all about you. Tap into your senses: 1. What visually makes you feel good? Is it something you wear (or don’t wear)… or something you like to see that gets you in a good mood? 2. What sounds sexy? Maybe make a playlist with songs that set a mood, or even the absence of sound. Hey ASMR 😉 3. Do certain smells get you in the mood? Perfume or cologne, candles, lotions, etc. 4. Taste—there are some aphrodisiacs out there: artichokes, asparagus, chocolate, figs, oysters, spicy chili peppers, strawberries, watermelon… who knew?! 5. What touch feels sexy to you? Think pressure here. Too hard or to soft can feel icky. Where do you like being touched? Where do you not like being touched? The more you know about yourself, the more you can turn yourself on!
