You know what they say, a team is as strong as its weakest link... If one link breaks the whole chain won´t serve its purpose.
You... You are the weakest link... Every year in the Company you serve there´s a End-of year evaluation of all employees to track their productivity and progress. Your work as a mail boy was never exciting, either bored out of your mind or being ridiculed by your female superiors for the smallest of issues.
Though you were glad not to be some kind of Bathroom servant or other grosser things, You wished to be something more than just a mail on wheels.
If only could get on the good side of your superiors that way you´ll surely experience the joys of life. You don´t care anymore if you would have to be their pet if it meant not being stuck in the basement mailroom.
You knew you weren´t gonna make the evaluation this year, but you didn´t care.
You had a plan, a plan that might work and help with your situation and maybe even find you a lover!
See, those who were rated the lowest of the whole company are made into all kinds of servants. This is possible thanks to your Female run government which has taken almost all human rights away from males.
This also allows Employers to strip away those few rights you are left with as a form of punishment.
You finally decided to sabotage your career and hope to not end up being buried to eternal sleep in the bathrooms after lunch break... Yeah happens a LOT
Thankfully you were picked as an Office Chair so actually it´s not that bad

In the meantime you try your hardest to impress your Female superiors as being obedient and well trained is a cherished trait in your Femdom Culture.
