🕑 Added 2022-02-21 22:44:53 +0000 UTC It’s Monday Motivation & I woke up not feeling well this morning, so just wanted to encourage you to listen to your body if it needs REST. Food, sleep, stress, and even hormones can have steer how your body responds to your workouts & physical progress. I chose extra rest over the gym today, so I don’t have a workout to post BUT I wanted to share this gym set I received from my wishlist. Thank you to the sub who sent it 💕
