>> My Thursday Thoughts are all on 😴 at the moment, because I spent 24+ hours in the hospital holding a sick little one, but I know several of you have asked about my surgery 🔪 LAST Thursday (hence the week of no fitness vids & off-schedule content this week!). Recovery has gone amazing, and I am super pleased with the natural look of the results. I have been wanting this lift for 2 decades, since breastfeeding my firstborn. It doesn’t have to make sense to everyone or anyone else, and I know it’s super vulnerable to share this topless (nipples covered) pic, but if there’s anyone else out there who has a goal and has been putting it off for 2 decades, I hope my smile inspires you to spring into action & get that thing that lingers in your mind day after day done ✅ ❣️
