🕑 Added 2022-05-07 07:55:36 +0000 UTC Here’s my one week Postpartum update. As you can see I still have my dressing from my C-section which is why I won’t be filming until it’s healed. However, out of the 66 lbs I gained I lost 28 after birth (baby+fluids+placenta ect) so far I’ve managed to keep the rest as u can see by my deflated lower belly and extended upper belly. With BFing I’m burning 3000 calories just making milk alone so my calorie intake has to be at least 2.5x that to make any significant weight gain! So lots of stuffings in my future 🐷🤤 Im still pretty impressed that I’ve managed to keep as much of the weight as I have and my body is a lot more squishier than before! My legs and but and belly have almost no muscle it’s all just soft plush fat or skin that need to be plumped up and filled in with fat! So let’s get to it! Let’s fill the voided spaces 🐷!
