Marinated & pan roasted top sirloin with roasted Brussel spouts, caramelized crispy onions, potatoes au gratin, a simple salad and biscuits!! I ate the whole plate too ? Now let’s chat about overeating... I know many people feel they need to “make up” for thanksgiving dinner & the such. I’m here to remind you it’s not the end of the world if you eat too much. You do not need to punish yourself by over exercising or limiting food intake. Reset by getting back into your regular groove. We all fall off our schedule whether it be food, exercise, personal, social etc. Basically, shit happens & we don’t need to be extra hard on ourselves when that happens ?
