Yes...I’m speaking. Lol. I’m having some trouble uploading these but whichever ones load, you get to see. Not sure which ones will upload out of the 3. Stretching out my hip flexor injury I pulled at the gym weeks ago.😓 I could use a protein smoothie and some gifting if anyone’s feeling a little generous, it would really cheer me up 👽 Anything helps, sports injuries suck when trying to keep in shape 24/7, be on your A game and get stuff done without losing sanity. Whatever is left of it. Lol
