todays aftermath. by the end of it my hole was sore even this lil orb was giving me a really intense stretch. excited to start my journey stretching again though from my and others' experience it will def be quicker than doing it the first time out. might still be prone to tear myself again but thats ok if it happens, we'll see. full vid coming tomorrow
