Using Your Imagination: Exercise / Theme #1 🤍

What do you unfold?

1. Find a time and space for yourself to fully be able to relax alone for a while.
You can be clothed or not 🙂
Use this exercise however you’d like, whenever you’d like.
Go, as long or as deep into it as you desire.
The key for these exercises is staying in the body and with the breath, allowing your mind and body to open into its own story and play and outside of focus on previously seen visual stimuli 🤍
If your mind starts to fixate on a certain story or precious visual, allow yourself to take slower, deeper breaths and re focus on the breaths entering and filling up the body. Feeling them in your genitals and filling the veins. Feeling the mind expanding into desire.
Our goal for imagination exercises is to strengthen our own connection to our desires with less need for the constant visual stimuli to fulfill a hard on, full orgasm or ejaculation.
Less use of visual stimuli and more self connection / imagination exercises allows yourself to drop into your own self pleasure deeper as well as real life connections and souls with more ease and presence where as continual chronic visual stimuli may create a need for you to fill in the story you know within sex or have a need for it to orgasm to that fantasy or body etc to stay connected or hard etc.
There is no shame with where we are now.
We must know though, there is power in connecting deeper with our own mind and opening, within. It opens us more in all of life. 🤍
