If you’re struggling with mental health, do not be afraid to reach out. Reach out to her family or friends, or maybe someone completely neutral. Good Samaritans are great for that. Men struggle with their mental health more than women. It’s really important to get the support that you need, and to offer it to those around you too. Suicide is a very selfish thing to do. If you need help, ring Samaritans or ask a loved one to listen .
