I said a couple of weeks ago that I'd show what they have me doing, so here it is. I missed PT last week because I was sick. I'm feeling better today and strong enough to workout. For those of you waiting for customs and requests, I'll be working on those this week. (I don't want you to think I've forgotten.🥰)Happy Monday! Get that body moving and that heart rate up!
