🕑 Added 2021-04-27 16:06:10 +0000 UTC Switched to matcha because adrenal fatigue is real! When you drink coffee, your adrenal glands produce cortisol, the main stress hormone. Adrenal fatigue is caused with consistent caffeine intake when your adrenal glands overproduce the hormone. The caffeine found in matcha stores in the body and releases at a slower pace. It takes about 3 hours for the body to absorb the caffeine content of matcha green tea. The body is able to stay energized for a longer period of time without facing consequences of a caffeine spike. There are so many benefits of switching to matcha so give it a try π€π
