Behind-the-scenes of a nude Smith machine session. So you can see how I take my pics ;) In this one, I do upside-down spread-eagle rows. I do various acrobatic moves, trying to get some good shots :)
Contains:
- 1 video (4:33) - I do upside-down spread-eagle rows and upside-down pike rows from the back and side views. I do pull-ups and stretch one leg on the bar to do the splits. I hang off the bar and put one leg out to one side and then to the other, both facing toward and away from the camera.
