🕑 Added 2023-03-21 18:07:34 +0000 UTC today started by setting the alarm off at my work and ended with me accidentally getting punched in the face by a man while I was getting off the subway, hope you all had a better day than I did 🤣 jokes aside, had to take a couple of unplanned rest days from training yesterday as I'm still a little under the weather post-covid and pushed too hard last week so my CNS is fried 🥲 tomorrow I'm gonna get back to it and this is my promise to myself that I will leave some reps in reserve (you all have permission to kick my ass if I don't), hope everyone is doing well 💖
