Whenever I’m feeling a little low and need an extra surge of energy, throwing on a song and swaying my hips and flowing my arms around has a way of getting that stagnant energy circulating through and out. It’s an instant surge of energy! Dancing is also just an all around epic way to feel into your body and express yourself no matter how it looks :)
Yesterday I was feeling a bit run down and exhausted from all my late night kinky weekend festivities, hot yoga class, and hiking. I had to get myself amped up for a shoot, so after a shower I put my best dancing outfit on and began moving my body however it wanted to.
