My personal trainer decided to put me on bulk in the middle of summer. Weight is slowly going up and up. Nearly 100 kg at the moment. I feel damn heavy everywhere. And especially down there after a good pump is like to have a puppy sitting on my groing the whole time. Can't wait to show the coach the results of my efforts 🤣
