So January was a really bad month for me. I was super stressed out, a lot on my plate with getting mango fixed, dealing with the wood stove stress, and landlord stress. I said I was gonna be back full torn but January it was just not in my cards to do. It got so bad to the poor that I was so busy I had forgot once to take my meds and that went so terrible and I had a pretty bad month with my depression. I am considering upping my meds before going to Jamie’s to see if upping them will be a good thing for me cause I still have my lows a lot bit I want to try and do that next week uo them so I can tell if ilupping them is good or not so I won’t have any side affects while being at Jamie’s . Since I’ve been in my meds now for over two months I feel more safe now upping them then I did in week two. And I’d only be upping them by half the dose this time instead of a full dose. I joke February will be a much better month for me mentally. And now I don’t have to worry abojt the wood stove and mango anymore.
