Fucking mental - clearly just never ate enough- so glad I put a stone on and a fair bit of muscle - remember you change your body, just like I did. Whatever your goal is - it IS achievable Mine was to put on muscle, took me half a year to grasp eating right, and to change my mentality that eating won’t make me fat. It sounds mental but, that’s what females are faced with… and I’m sure some men too. For some you might want to lose weight - all you need to do is eat less, and move more! That’s it? Yes… calorie deficit- it’s all it is. Remember you lot, you can change your life in a split second.
