🕑 Added 2023-03-09 23:59:45 +0000 UTC As an athlete if you are looking to improve all around as far as increasing your flexibility, preventing lower back pain and even down to fixing your posture you HAVE to stretch your hamstrings. This stretch is great for strengthening and stretching starting from the waist down if you’re not able to touch the ground when you first start out try grabbing the back of your calves then slowly putting your finger tips on the ground at your own comfort level then start to touch your palms to the ground and eventually try to touch your stomach to your quads and allow your body to slowly fold in half while regulating your breathing. 🧘🏻♀️
