my challenge is over and im so happy with this experience and that i could share it with u! Im talking about this week how i felt, what my struggles were and about my changes. At the end i answered some questions which i made on Instagram, if u would like it to see me answering ur question while drinking heavy cream or eating food, i can make weekly/monthly ( depends on how many questions there are) videos about it all for free 🐷
