Despite going through some things I’ve still been taking care of myself. I have a lot of you here so I’m sure at least some one can relate. At some point we all going through shit and it’s not realistic to be happy or joyful all the time. However, please be kind to yourself. Meditate ( I’m like the most anxious person ever) but some how I’ve learned how, light exercise if you can, focus on eating nutrient dense food that provides nourishment, do positive things for yourself , if you’re in a crap situation look for solutions instead of dwelling on why the situation sucks. Hopes this helps anyone out there and trust things will work out the way they are suppose to.
