I feel like one of my favorite past times is being excited to go to restaurants to try even just mediocre food but I don't even get the privilege of okay food. lol It isn't lost on me that some restaurants get by not because they have superior culinary talent and excellent provisions but because they offer ambiance and a chance to see and be seen. The last picture is from Friday at a place called Tartine on Alabama St in SF. I looked up where had the best breakfast in the city and Tartine was mentioned multiple times and even had a line out the door when I got there! I thought I was in for an taste bud explosion of deliciousness. I was sorely disappointed when the food came and I order 3 different plates to try! I had been considered just going to panda express lmao but I figured I can get PE any place! Why not go to a unique place that is well and highly reviewed by critics! Live and learn... lol
