I have been struggling greatly with keeping a clear mind from day to day. But I keep reflecting on this one quote I’ve seen by Jim Carey “Depression is your avatar telling you it’s tired of being the character you are trying to play”. Again it is a big theme that my husband has cancer and I get into these downward spirals of wanting to be nothingness. All I can ask of myself is to keep trying and keep creating a better vision for myself 😅
