Time to relax and get back to what I feel most at home with. Within me is so much want to create art and make a calming sense for any creature around me. Here’s some things that help me when I’m feeling a little flustered. Holding my hands together, making myself warm with myself. Drinking water with peppermint oil has been soothing my mouth and mind. Laying down and touching my hair, running my fingers through the soft fur like mop on my head. Taking a moment to write down thoughts and make a to do list each morning even if it’s simple. I highly recommend Going for a walk, short is fine, but just get some air whenever that may be. Anyways I hope you have a nice day and think of me.
