You could feel the quiet and the flames. There was such a sleepy tone to the woods, it’s like they were adjusting to the smoke. The sun was so red, glowing like a nectarine. I decided to run in each day down a dirt path although the air quality was horrible, I don’t mind breathing the destruction if it means connecting. I went on walks with my little grey kitten. And when things got too hot Iv been decided to just take it all off. After all, we’re a alone a little so why not live with ourselves.
